Barely six months into my first job, I knew I was already earning enough to qualify for a credit card of my own. I was so excited and there were just a lot of choices that seem to offer the same services and perks. Little did I know that there are great differences in these credit cards that I failed to see when I was reviewing my options. There were those interests, penalties, finance charges and other fees which were never derived in the same way by different card companies, and there were those that offer much better loyalty or frequent user reward points than others. Had I known about new credit card blog early on, I would not have ended up getting that lousy card that charged exorbitant fees.
